GENEGUT Patient Survey
If you are living with Crohn’s disease, we invite you to take part in a new survey that will help shape the development of future treatments.
The survey is part of the GENEGUT project, funded by the European Union and Innovate UK, which is developing a new oral RNA-based therapy for Crohn’s disease.
It is conducted by IFCCA in collaboration with Bangor University (UK) and seeks to understand your views on new medicines, including this innovative therapy.
Who Can Participate
You can take part if you:
Are 18 years or older
Have been diagnosed with Crohn’s disease
Live in one of these countries: Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, or the United Kingdom
The survey is available in 13 languages to make participation easier.
What the Survey Involves
The survey is an online questionnaire that takes about 15–20 minutes.
It includes questions about:
Your experience living with Crohn’s disease
Your views about medicines in general
Factors that influence your willingness to consider new treatments
Your opinion on the RNA-based therapy being developed in GENEGUT
Participation is voluntary and anonymous, and you can withdraw at any time.
Why Your Voice Matters
Your input is essential. It will help researchers understand patient needs and priorities, ensuring that future therapies reflect the real experiences of people living with Crohn’s disease.
Survey Deadline
The survey will remain open until 16 April 2026.
