Health Engagement Open Lab
On 2 December, IFCCA co-organised the miGut-Health Health Engagement Open Lab in Berlin, held during the Stay Healthy Cluster Symposium. The session brought together people living with IBD, families, researchers, and clinicians to explore living well with Crohn’s disease and Ulcerative Colitis.
Expert speakers, including Guendalina Graffigna, Dilara Usta, Konstantinos Gerasimidis, Salvo Leone, and Maria Stella De Rocchis, led discussions on daily challenges, diet, stress, lifestyle, and long-term disease management.
A highlight of the Open Lab was the presentation of the ENGAGE-IBD Personalised Health Engagement Guide, co-created by IFCCA, miGut-Health, UNICATT, and EngageMinds HUB, providing practical, patient-centred support to empower people with IBD.
